Our guide includes those who have shown consistent efforts towards a local and sustainable food system, whether they are certified organic or not. Retailers and restaurants must sell at least 20% local, organic products to be included. We've stated each operation's organic status so that you can make an informed decision about your food. We've also included contact information; don't hesitate to ask a farmer or distributor about their products!
