Celebrate our regional cuisine prepared by a team of Chefs with The Canadian Culinary Federation while enjoying the ‘50s, ‘60s, and 70’s musical styling’s of Grant Milliner, “the singing troubadour.”
Dinner features Greenland Gardens fresh sliced produce, Neva Greens with canola raspberry vinaigrette, Hytek pork ribs, Twin River squash glazed with Sunny Brook honey, Nature’s Own pasta salad, Stonelane purple potatoes and basil carrots, Country Perogies, Grass Fed Pine Valley roast beef, Granny’s Omega 3 stuffed turkey breast, and Penner’s pumpkin and hempseed crumble cake with ice cream for dessert.
Doors open at 5:00 in the evening
Start the evening off with Manitoba Canola Growers Oil Tasting and sampling of Bothwell Cheese with Natalie’s flax crackers and La Cocina chips.
